Booking
Any additional guests will be dependent on space available.
Breakfast bookings are for 120 minutes, lunch and dinner bookings are for 150 minutes from nominated booking time, not time of arrival.
We do our best to accommodate all table requests, however they are not guaranteed.
Should there be inclement weather we will do our best to move bookings inside, however this is not always possible.
As a courtesy you agree to contact the restaurant as soon as possible with any changes, updates, or cancellations to your reservation.
Confirmation
A booking is deemed confirmed when a completed booking form with signed terms and conditions is received. Confirmation of final numbers must be received 20 days prior to function date. Any additional guests will be dependent on space available.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise us on booking if you or any of your group has any special dietary requirements. 300 acres will make all efforts to meet any dietary requirements where possible.
Please note that dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, egg, soy, seafood (including crustaceans), peanuts, sesame seed, tree nuts, gluten (from wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt). We cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.
Payment- DEPOSIT
A Deposit of $20 per person is required upon booking. Please note should your numbers drop, or you cancel your booking 20 days prior to your booking date, there will be no refund for the deposit.
The deposit for the number of guests dining on the day will be refunded the following business day after your event. No split billing. No reallocation of Money. (no refunds on AMEX)
Payment- FULL PAYMENT
Pre-payment for all food is required for all group bookings 10 days prior to booking date. Please note should your numbers drop after the 10 days prior; no refund is given. No split billing. No reallocation of Money. (no refunds on AMEX)
Final Numbers and Deposits
Final numbers must be confirmed 20 days before your booking, any changes after that will incur a loss of deposit.

BYO
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar is fully licensed therefore no outside food or beverage is permitted on the premises. This includes cakes.
Cancellation
10 days’ notice of cancellation is required for all functions.
Decorations and Noise
300 Acres does not permit any decorations to be fixed to any surface of the building without approval from management. Confetti is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to bring their own music or audio equipment in to 300 Acres.
Damage
The client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the premises by themselves or their guests.
Compliance
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any guests deemed to be showing signs of nearing intoxication will be refused service and requested to vacate the premises. 300 Acres Restaurant and Bar has a strict proof of age policy. Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol within the licences premises and must be under the supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian at all times.
Arrival
Guests must arrive within 30 minutes of the booking time or your table may be offered to other patrons.
Liability
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a booking or function.
Menus
All menus are subject to change without notice.
Surcharge
Functions booked on public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge on the total bill.
