Confirmation
A booking is deemed confirmed when a completed booking form with signed terms and conditions is received. Package and Menu selection must be received 10 days prior and confirmation of final numbers received 10 days prior to function date. Any additional guests will be dependent on space available. We do our best to accommodate all table requests however particular tables cannot be guaranteed.
Dietary Requirements
Please advise us on booking if you or any of your group has any special dietary requirements. 300 acres will make all efforts to meet any dietary requirements where possible. **Please note that dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, egg, soy, seafood (including crustaceans), peanuts, sesame seed, tree nuts, gluten (from wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt).
Payment
Final numbers and full pre-payment for food is required for all group bookings 10 days prior to your booking. Please note should your numbers drop below the final numbers given 10 days prior there will be no refund.
A Deposit of $20 per person is required upon booking. Please note should your number drop or you cancel your booking 20 days prior to your booking date, there will be no refund for the deposit.
No split billing. No reallocation of Money.

BYO
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar is fully licensed therefore no outside food or beverage is permitted on the premises.
Cancellation
7 days’ notice of cancellation is required for all functions.
Decorations and Noise
300 Acres does not permit any decorations to be fixed to any surface of the building without approval from management. Confetti is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to bring their own music or audio equipment in to 300 Acres.
Damage
The client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the premises by themselves or their guests.
Compliance
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any guests deemed to be showing signs of nearing intoxication will be refused service and requested to vacate the premises. 300 Acres Restaurant and Bar has a strict proof of age policy. Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol within the licences premises and must be under the supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian at all times.
Arrival
Guests must arrive within 30 minutes of the booking time or your table may be offered to other patrons.
Liability
300 Acres Restaurant and Bar does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a function.
Minimum Spends
Some functions may incur a minimum spend and minimum numbers; this will be advised at the time of your booking.
Menus
All menus are subject to change without notice. *Please understand that 300 Acres takes the “Responsible service of Alcohol” seriously, and the length of time being booked, will factor into the menu selection.
Surcharge
Functions booked on public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge on the total bill.
