Confirmation & Cancellation

A booking is deemed confirmed when a completed booking form with signed terms and conditions is received. Confirmation of final numbers must be received 3 days prior to booking. Any additional guests added after this point will be dependent on space available. 7 days’ notice of cancellation is required for all functions.

Dietary Requirements

Please advise us on booking if you or any of your group has any special dietary requirements. 300 acres will make all efforts to meet any dietary requirements where possible.

**Please note that dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, egg, soy, seafood (including crustaceans), peanuts, sesame seed, tree nuts, gluten (from wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt).

Payment

Full pre-payment for food is required for all bookings 10 days prior. Please note should your numbers drop below the final numbers given 10 days prior there will be no refund. No split billing.

BYO

300 Acres Restaurant and Bar is fully licensed therefore no outside food or beverage is permitted on the premises, this includes birthday cakes.

Cancellation

7 days’ notice of cancellation is required for all functions.

Decorations and Noise

300 Acres does not permit any decorations to be fixed to any surface of the building without approval from management. Confetti is not permitted. Guests are not permitted to bring their own music or audio equipment in to 300 Acres.

Damage & Liability

The client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the premises by themselves or their guests. 300 Acres Restaurant and Bar does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a function.

Compliance

300 Acres Restaurant and Bar practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any guests deemed to be showing signs of nearing intoxication will be refused service and requested to vacate the premises. 300 Acres Restaurant and Bar has a strict proof of age policy. Minors are not permitted to consume alcohol within the licences premises and must be under the supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian at all times.

Arrival

Guests must arrive within 15 minutes of the booking time or your table may be offered to other patrons.

Liability

300 Acres Restaurant and Bar does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of property left in the venue prior to, during or after a function.
